    That's why I suggest using stat decreasing berries for the unwanted evs. The berries decrease the unwanted stat by 10 evs. Afterward, you can use things like vitamins to increase the stat higher than it was before. Or you can just continue to train your Pokémon using the Super Training (S.T.) Regiments.

    I suggest to ev training with horde battles. In a horde battle, your Pokémon will get about 3 evs per each Pokémon it knocks out. But each horde has different evs. I suggest going to Serebii.net for more information about ev training.

    I already know this. I meant when you use the reset bag it lets you choose the number of evs that you wanna decrease.
