Why do people say "no legends" when there are several that suck, and several non legendary Pokémon that are just as/more powerful than good legends?

@Danielle: Do you know anything about competitive Pokémon? Please tell me how Moltres, Articuno, Regice, Regirock, Registeel, Cresselia, Regigigas, Tornadus, Kyurem, and Meloetta are OP/unfair. And to say that megas are fine when their stats are higher than legends (stats being your main argument) is hypocritical.

I don't care about competitive pokemon, I find it too obsessive with people. Kyurem, its Dual-types make it hard to find weaknesses and its special move almost never misses plus it can fuse with Reshiram&Zekrom for more power and changes abilities and special move. Articuno's Dual-Type counters other weaknesses, All the Regis have crazy Sp.D, Sp.A and D. that make it difficult to take out.(con.)↓

Moltres A., Sp.A, and Sp. are above average pokemon, making it a good sweeper while its Sp.D and D. are well-rounded. Tornadous has incredible Sp. and A. and Sp.D is placed higher than normal Flying-types. Thunderus Dual-type gives it less weakenesses, Sp.A is insane, Sp. is amazing, great sweeper. Cresselia has a high HP count plus it Sp.A is Great! And given the moves it can learn is very useful

Plus Meloetta can switch its stats and type to make itself more useful and therefore more powerful. (Stats change depending on type)

Well then stay out of conversations that involve competitive Pokémon, because you don't know what you're talking about. Kyurem's special move is bad, and I never asked about its alternate forms. Moltres and Articuno are 4X weak to Stealth Rock, and Rock's a popular offensive type. None of the Regis have good SpA, and their defenses mean nothing when they lack recovery outside Rest. Tornadus has nothing special compared to other Flying types. I never asked about Thundurus, either. Cresselia's SpA is horrendous, its defenses are the good stats. Most defensive Pokémon aren't good anymore due to the very offense based nature of the metagame. Meloetta has to waste both a turn and a moveslot to transform.

Oh wow, you're right! All legendary Pokémon are totally OP! ...Not buying it? Well good. So yeah, lol at me being "high and mighty" because I'm right. The only reason this argument went on as long as it did is because you refused to admit that not all legends are OP (which you seem to not know the definition of). So who's ignorant again? I listened to your points, and countered them.

I did so admit that not all Legendaries are OP (over-powered)! I did say some Legendaries DO suck which means they're not OP! What I'm saying it's easier to make a sucky Legendary an OP Legendary with the right knowledge than it is for a regular pokemon. You were ignorant of that part which I did specify.

And I never said you were right or I'd ever agree with you. I said 'I don't care if I'm right OR wrong' I'm not changing my opinion on facts or lies, it's just that you don't try to undrstand others people's reason before countering them because you're too arrogant to get off your high horse and see from another's perspective.

"There's always something unusually OP on a Legend" Yep, that's saying they're not all broken (and I didn't see you saying they all weren't broken after you made the comment I quoted from). And if it's possible to make all legends OP, then all legends would be OP. Not all legends are OP.

Also, see, here's the thing... You're trying to argue against facts by presenting what you believe to be facts, when your "facts" are incorrect. If you think that way, fine, but don't think and say it's true.

I meant that there's something special about it that makes it unfair. And you're not getting that you CAN MAKE A LEGENDARY OP, doesn't mean they start out OP. They can start out sucky but you can make it INTO an OP Legendary which is easier than regular pokemon.

And if a legendary Pokémon has the ability to be OP, then everybody will make that legendary Pokémon OP, thus causing it to become OP. Think.

I didn't say it was true, I based it off of perspective which means it maybe is possible, like a theory. And a lot if things are possible in Pokemon.

Not everyone, 'cause I wouldn't, I honestly don't care if it's OP or not. If I or someone else wanted to make it OP, then me or that someone else would. And it's very much possible, more likely even, to make a sucka** Legendary become an OP one.

Dear, you're forgetting you're talking about COMPETITIVE Pokémon here. People play to win, so if a Pokémon has a build that'll make that Pokémon OP, then they're gonna use it. So if a legendary "sucks ***," then there's no OP build for it.
Yeahs1Played -

But that doesn't mean you can't re-train it to become OP and competitive or start from the beginning with it. But the thing is, you're not accepting the fact that it's possible! You're not trying realize that a sucky Legendary is always going to suck forever, it can be extremely useful if you train it competitively and I'm sure you know how to do that, don't you?
