Is there away that we can like take a picture of my self and when i get on i have too take the picture again to see if it me or is there like away that we can have a password

Well... you can get a setup in which you have to enter a password, but it requires a nintendo network ID.

Only for Wii U, not for 3ds. Go to your settings.
