    A Special Attacker that counters Ground. You're really weak to ground, Azumarill is no exception. Tropius would do fine.

    Set A: Substitute, Leech Seed, Roost, Toxic. Keep in mind Tropius isn't anywhere close to a powerhouse, a staller is the only way to use him. Ludicolo is both faster and stronger, you might want to use that instead.
