    It's never worth keeping, since it always does only 40 damage. Other dragon moves will almost always do more damage, especially at higher levels.

    Like what Eric said, it usually isn't worth keeping but it mostly depends on your level. Once you get into the mid 20s in level, the move stops becoming useful because you'll eventually be doing more damage with your other moves.
