    You kinda can. Just go to the town hall, choose to turn a mii into a QR code, and show it on miiverse. So, you basicly failed.

    Duh, but you can't scan the screen of the 3ds WITH said 3ds unless you use something else to take a pic of the screen, then scan THAT screen, so YOU can take this L.
