Finally pathing my town. Just curious, other than public projects, is there any way else to get rid of rocks? I'm primarily thinking a pickaxe from Resetti.

    Permanent rocks are permanent. You can't break them under normal means. (You'd have to use cheats/hacks/glitches/etc. I don't know if there is any for those rocks, though.)
