    Okay so what I did first is clear the water temple! But you can still do the fire temple first as long as you have the item fire arrow or the fire blast emerald(can't recall what the real name for the emeraled is.) You get the fire arrow at the lake as adult and the fire emerald at hyrule castle when your a kid. I would choose to clear the water temple first cause it makes the fire temple alot...
