"I'll hold him off. If he's here, the Dark Tide can't be far behind. If the battle seems lost, run. There's no need for reckless death."

    The couple nodded, then ran off towards the Southern Bastion as well, since it was the closest to the ocean. As they left, Tilan calmly drew his blade, an elegant longsword as lethal as it was beautiful. "Hope you don't mind a one on one." Anaboko smiled, a crooked, demonic smile. "A one on one?" this time only one voice spoke. "It would be dishonorable for me to decline."

    Tilan knew that even if he defeated Anaboko, he would rise again within the hour. All he had to do was defeat him once, then make his escape. Luckily, this spirit, while as dark as the rest, was honorable. "Then draw your blade!" Tilan called out, his own sword pointed at Anaboko.

    Apollo and Diana arrived at the Southern Bastion to find no trace of Garran or Nurca. As they cautiously walked around, they found a simple drawing in the sand. The image depicted a tower, a tunnel beneath it, and a safe area on the other side. " Looks like they made it to the other side of the mountains…" Apollo stated upon seeing the image. "I guess so," Diana replied before erasing it.

    Just in time. As soon as the image was erased, a large wave crashed over the beach, drenching the two. Once it receded, a new figure rose from the sands. She was about avreage height and build, with armor that seemed to shift from black, to purple, to gold. Her dark blonde hair flowing down to her shoulders… and yet, her eyes were filled with hate.

    As their battle waged on, Gliphond's assault was devastating, but not enough to keep the Dancing Couple on defense. Once an opening emerged, they took it, and caputalized on it. Diana landing blow after heavy blow, her golden buster blade gleaming in the moonlight. Meanwhile Apollo focused on crippling Gliphond, aiming for the arms and legs, vaulting over her as need be.

    The fight seemed all but won, that is, until Diana was struck in the back with a knife. Seeing this, Apollo ran over to her side, creating a wall of silver flames to halt Gliphond. The wound wasn't deep, but the knife itself was filled with a paralyzing agent.... one he knew all to well...

    Once they were safe, Tilan looked at Apollo. "There's no need to seek vengeance upon her," he said, as if reading the latter's mind. "If she truly betrayed us, Diana would be dead." Apollo didn't answer, he merely looked away as he prepared a cure for Diana's paralysis. After a few silent minutes, he spoke again. "You're right... At least we know part of her doesn't agree with what she's done..."

    western monolith, northern obvelisk, eastern column, southern bastion, and central colossus. must say i deems itself well into the story. all of this by itself will do well, i feel a fight between the silver crescent beauty and undead unceasing juggurnaught

    Well, Anaboko is gonna get killed by quite a few blades... But Gliphond... seeing as how she still thinks her brother is dead... I'm not too sure. Fun fact: The Earthbound Crypt, where Shaogu locked himself away, is located very close to the colossus (darn I wish I could use italics...) thus the mention of the Blind One (Gaio)

    Well moose, most of the ones here are in 3U, but names and monsters are: Garran (Green Narg), Nurca (Nargacuga), Tilan (Tigrex), Apollo (Silver Los), Diana (Gold Ian), Gaio (Gore Magala). I'm pretty sure you know about Lucy, but as for Anaboko and Gliphond, thise are Hallowed Jhen Mohran and Goldbeard Ceadeus respectivly. Fun fact: Gliphond is Ceasar's sister, though she think's he's dead.
