    You can gather them at gathering points at Flooded Forest on areas 4 & 8 (Any Rank), Misty Peaks on areas 1, 4, 7 & 9 (High & G Ranks) and Volcano, area 1 only (G Rank only). You also get them as rewards (sometimes) on those quest: Harvest Shroom (Village Lv1★) & Shroom Patrol (Port Lv1★). Granny's go to (the old lady at the port) sometimes sells them as well. You can also use the farm to farm'em.
