    You get a hammer or great sword that has fire element. When you see bubbles, throw a sonic bomb. Then hit it till it dies

    you can gather a frog from area 2 and fish him out, then i recommend a lightning weapon and watch out for the tail!

    you should also cut of that flasher on its head. you will have an advantage against it. ( also i think you'll need flashers to make some of the armor pieces ;) )

    Frogs can be found in the same spots you can find Worms, at a small chance. At least, that's how it is for the bait gathering spot in Deserted Island area 10.

    the frogs should be to the left of the entrance to area 4, you can also get worms from it though
