    with all do respect Valentine, I read a couple but no one knew how to answer. And did a search through nintendo and capcom forums to see if there are any answers but no so I asked here if anyone has the same issue as I have. But thank you for your concern hopefully you will get a proper reward someday, once more with all do respect.
