    I don't remember the name but it's a flower that appears if your town has a lot of weeds or has a lot of litter (I think) Just pluck the weeds and clean the litter and it should disappear soon. The flower does affect citizen satisfaction so you'll want to remove it asap!

Read Isabelle's 'Citizen Satisfaction' report on how others are enjoying it. You can wait for a 2d, & try & hybridize them, or try & put a public work on top, once you tire of it. Avoid planting flowers near it: it eats them.
