    HR 7 is same as long as HR 6 trust me keys are 8 key quest plus the other you have to do to unlock the keys

    i was lucky, when I was HR6 i completed HR7 quests online without even realizing it. So when I actually got to HR7, I only had to complete 2 key quests to unlock HR8's urgent quest. [:
