    You do realize that Wario Land 4 isn't available for 3DS, right? (Speaking of Wario Land, I'm still waiting for Virtual Boy Wario Land to hit 3DS Virtual Console.)

    It is for someone was part of the Ambassador Program. To make up for an early price drop of the 3DS Nintendo allowed early adaptors who accessed the eshop before a certain date to download ten free NES games and ten free GBA games. Wario Land 4 was one of them.

    I also doubt that any Virtual Boy games will be released on the Virtual Console since they would have to be modified to work on thr 2DS. Baring a full fledged remake I don't see it happening.
