    As the person said above "four point formation" can be a good quest to get HR points. However if you want to be lazy and are okay with like four thousand points try "pack mentality" of HR six. It has you kill three Barioth, and with the Dire Miralis ANYTHING susceptible to fire is dead. Also Im only HR 122, and this is my first MH game so Im not an expert.
