  • It's never been elaborated in the narrative but ME2 talks a bit about Dark Energy during Tali's loyalty mission. In ME3 when speaking with Conrad Verner, Shepard describes the Crucible as using Dark Energy. There seems to be no other traces of this anywhere else in the trilogy. Does the Crucible use Dark Energy? The catalyst merely mentions the Crucible as enormous amounts of energy and that's it.

  • What does the Crucible use? Is this the ever elusive "Dark energy" plot thread that they planned to use?

  • Oh. So, everything revolves around dark energy? I didn't realize this. The Mass Effect phenomenon also is dark energy?

  • That's right the mass effect is achieved by ms manipulating dark energy. So all biotics use dark energy
