    You have to give Junior the supplies to build the new camp, and also the supplies to repair the ancient mask, and you have to fetch the mask when it's ready. I think it takes a while for the camp to be rebuilt, so just do other quests until the urgent shows up. By the way, the last two quests at 9★ won't be unlocked until you've done EVERY village quest at least once.
