I feel like this game should tell you where items are. Say that I need a carpenterbug to upgrade a weapon. Were do I find it? Of course I could just look it up, but why should I if they game could simply tell me, saving my time. Who agrees?

  • I agree with Antoine. Plus, mh3u is very streamlined compared to previous monster hunter installments. In the original Monster Hunter, it would take me at least 10 minutes to go through my item. pouch, get more supplies, and check/maintain my farm. I can do all that in just a couple of minutes in mh3u.

  • Not to mention that the difficulty level between games can be drastic. In mh3u, I can kill an Aptomoth with a starter sword n' shield with one attack combo. In the original Monster Hunter, it took several well aimed combos to take an Aptomoth down. Heck, you'd even have to stop sometimes to sharpen the sword! And again, that's just on a peaceful Aptomoth.
