    Light bowgun is the most simple of the bows. If you want to go further, try Heavy then the actual Bow.

    For bow try barioth's its great even late game, for lightbowguns they're built to order elementally speaking (typically), For Heavybowguns, give Rathian's a test drive, or preferably Nargacuga's.
