    Wii U and Miiverse have parental controls, you're probably blocked from sending or receiving friend requests. If you're under a certain age, you can only register friends that you actually know in real life.

    Oh, and your profile says you only have a 3DS, so you can't play MH3U online. The 3DS version only supports local multiplayer. To play it online you need a Wii U.
