    Low rank D. Island or Moga Woods daytime. Basically just run laps around area 4 and mine all the spots that spawn over and over.

    I'd suggest doing the low rank village quest where you have to kill 7 jaggis or jaggias (can't remember) as it'll reduce the chances of getting non earth crystal items (like armor spheres) in the cave mentioned above.
