    It's a special drop only obtainable ffom the Quest "Jumping for Jaggi". It allows you to make the Jaggi mask, which I'm pretty sure gives you the speed gather skill. pretty useful.

    Jaggi mask also changes your voice to that of a Jaggi. Kinda cool. Same with the Bullfango mask and Gargwa mask. of course to their corresponding animal.
