    I agree with Music Man, clans are being taken way too seriously. Jared, if you get mh4u, play online, be polite, be helpful, be yourself, and I assure you that you will eventually make friends. Not just "clan members" that will disappear after the game gets old, but honest, true friends. Friendship is much more valuable than a group membership.

    There's no shame in asking others for help, especially when you make an honest effort to hunt the monster when you're clearly outmatched. That's why my first advice of etiquecy (manners) was "Be polite". You'll have a much easier time getting help if you ask nicely and try hard, rather than be rude and expect others to hunt for you.

    Real talk? I honestly feel this game is best played with a small group of friends you have history with. That's what kept me playing Tri and what made 3U more fun when it came to meeting real people.
