    Flame sacs can be carved from high-rank rathalos and low-rank rathian. Theres also a chance of getting one as a reward from a rathian by defeating it or capturing it. You can carve both of these monsters' tails to get rath marrow. Also a possible carve. And also a reward if you capture either one.
