    you have to find the secret exit in the ghost house that will take you to a secret level then after you pass that level the spine coaster will appear :)

    ok first go to the Swaying Ghost House in Frosted Glacier. I recommend using a p-acorn suit to make it easier to get to the secret exit.

    next hit the p-switch this will turn the coins into blocks then jump as fast as you can all the way up. if time runs out you can just use the P-acorn suit to fly
