    Logan, I wanted to fill you in on my thoughts about R. I think you are reading my responses to him and thinking I may consider him for FERP. Absolutely not. I am just discussing the matter tactfully with him so that he doesn't go ballistic. You have a much more direct, and quite frankly, honest approach which I like in most situations, but we have to handle R differently.

    So when he asks 50 times a day to join, and I tell him things like "Keep up the good work, you never know what will happen", that absolutely does not mean I would ever consider him as a member. It means I don't want to make him go off and report all our members again. So I'm requesting that you stop being so openly hostile towards him. Don't worry. He will not be in F. Ever.
