How are the servers in MH3U?? I had MHTri and the servers were fun to say. You could only restrict cities depending on rank, low or high. But that was definitely enough to make sure my R. Ludroth cities had the minimum to do good (h rank). Now I prefer killing barioth but, not sure if he's on MH4U... Half a year left... For Epicness.
