    Alright. The most important thing is preventing dreamy bowser from healing by using a taunt bell when he's in the background, then he'll come back to the front and hopefully he'll kill all of his minions (if you manage to dodge them) When he's back on the front you can keep dealing damage with powerful attacks like star rocket or zee egg.     One thing I learned from playing Partner's in Time is NEVER SKIP BATTLES or you're gonna have a rough time beating the final boss. So when playing Bowser's Inside Story and Dream Team I tried not to miss any battles. This time I faced Dreamy Bowser at level 40 and it was piece of cake. So you'll have to be very careful when dodging Bowser's attacks so you don't get KO'd.

    And about the attacks you're missing I don't know what to tell you... get the puzzle pieces on the areas you're missing, except for zee egg. The zee egg attack is unlocked by freeing all the pillos and talking to Eldream.

    I would recommend you to go find the attacks you're missing and also go fight some enemies so you can level up, that way you'll have a better chance of beating Bowser. At least try to reach level 34 or 35...

    Check your menu and see where are the attacks you're missing then use a yellow warp pipe to get there quickly.

    Oh buddy idk why you're missing so many attacks. I'm surprised that you could actually beat Antasma with only two luiginary attacks!
