So lets get back on topic. I think 10 per squadron since everyone will rarely be on at once. That way we can have 2 hunts going on at a time per squadron.

A single team can have a maximum of 4 members per hunt

We have 44. Thats 7 per squadron with a remainder of 2. So lets go 8 per squadron and more can be assigned ta a squadron as we recruit.
