Someone please tell me how to get the gold tires. I beat all the ghosts in time trials mode and nothing happened. I don't feel like getting 15000 coins.

    Clearly you DIDN'T beat every Staff Ghost, Because that IS how you unlock them, Double check each race to be sure.

    My time was better than the ghosts in all of the races but for some reason, I was ranked lower than the ghosts in some of the races.
