    the only tips i can give are if you are in the water and possibly in the line of his beam or beam sweep either dive down or up with a dodge also dont underestimate the power of a running dodge in or out of water sometimes you think there is no way you can dodge the oncoming attack but the running dodges do wonders

    i use a bow lighting aspect and i have hard time doging the underwater charge

    Whenever I fight him, I use gunlance. It blocks his hip check, works realle well to block underwater charges and the Wyvern Fire sometimes hits him like a sonic bomb. I also use the steel uragaan armor which makes using the gunlance like walking around in an impenetrable tank.

    Ah. Under water the vertical dodges will go a long way to helping you avoid those attacks (Hold B + Up/Down) since Plesi is wider than he is tall (body wise). As with most monsters learning their "wind up" for the attack will also help in getting out of the way. Otherwise you may want to invest in some evasion gear and try to roll through the attack all together
