    Depends on the species. Normal Rathalos is weak to thunder, then dragon. Azure Rathalos is weak to dragon, then thunder. Silver Rathalos is weak to water, then thunder.

    All three are very resistant to fire, so don't use that. Status inflicting weps, ice, and slime will also work.
