    Nope. Wouldn't work. MH3U was my first of the franchise and I thought of it and decided it was a horrible idea.

    I think it would work better if there was a dlc or event quest where you would fight a giant flygon or pikachu or raikou or something. If it was a crossover, it wouldnt really work, mostly because pokemon is turn based, where monster hunter is real time. A dlc or event quest would be awesome though: You are walking in the sandy plains, and you see a giant nidoking, and then it starts breathing

    poison gas everywhere. That would be pretty awesome, i must say. Also, if the crossover was like monster hunter exploring, then when you found a monster/pokemon it would bring you into a small marked area and to flee you would just leave the marked area, i would play it. otherwise, no.

    If you could really fight and make weapons and armor from every type of pokemon, that would be way too amazing. The types might even make some sense. I could only imagine a g rank blissey having 999,999 hp and throwing eggs all over... not to mention the gear.
