    yep. then oct 27 – nov 16 you can get diancie [previously unobtainable mythical pokemon] for pokemon x/y. once ruby / saph come out you can transfer it over to get its megastone.

    They will, it's marketing. You can only get the mega stone if you transfer it to omega ruby/sapphire to make you buy the games for the mega stone. Quote from GameSpot's site "Once you've gotten your hands on one, you'll be able to take it with you into Pokemon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire, where you'll then be able to get a Diancite Mega Stone that allows it to Mega Evolve into Mega Diancie."
