Competitive duos: DURANT AND KLINKLANG Durant should be defensive with the Ability Truant, holding the Eject Button and having the move Entrainment. After Entrainment is used, it is OK for Durant to faint (or switch out via Eject Button) to have Klinklang at play. Everytime the opponent will attack, use Protect, and when in Truant, use Shift Gear to boost Attack+Speed. (continued...)

    After all the stat boosts, Klinklang should be able to OHKO any Pokemon (preferably with Gear Grind) Klinklang Set: Adamant/Impish with Clear Body, including Protect, Gear Grind, Shift Gear, and your choice of move. Evs include 252 Attack/252 HP/4 Defense. It should hold either Air Balloon or a berry that weakens super-effective moves.

    problems with this. If Durant is out speeded it will almost certainly die leaving your strategy useless. You have 2 pokemon weak to the common fire attacking type. Any good player would immediantly switch the entrained pokemon. There are many more but thats just a few

    Well, I run a monotype team (Steel) and this has always worked for me. I was thinking of using this in triple battles with a bulky Follow Me user and a Wobbuffet with Shadow Tag. I'm trying that out tonight.
