well if U wanna draw a character(s) that R kinda creepy, U could draw: Sonic EXE, Slenderman or Tails Doll, a creature from 5 nights at fredy's or a fun, innocent one like a boo or a pacman ghost :3 but since U like to draw yourself maybe U could draw U in your halloween dress hanging with your bffs of real life, miiverse or both ^^

Draw a very dark painting with spiders and their webs. Make yourself look like an evil witch scaring some poor trick-or-treaters. Make sure the moon is visible and nobody actually dies. This is, of course, just a suggestion. If you want more, just say so.
