    Its because, unfortunately the netcode sucks. So of one player has bad internet then everyone lags

    i think they purposely made it lag for everyone when one person lags so no one gets disadvantaged

    They dont use dedicated servers. Its all based off each players internet. Like I said, if one player has potato internet then everyone in the game will lag. ( it mostly happens on 4 player matches)

    1v1 is usually okay though. Unless you're the guy with bad internet

    I had a match against a bunch of people with an asian alphabet whatever it's called. Anyway, the lag was awful. I played later with english names and it lagged but nowhere near as bad.
