Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U Community

All characters seem to be balanced except; Diddy Kong, Rosalina & Luma, and Wario. Those three are the only ones I have found that have unbalanced traits and or moves that make them exceeding good. Especially Warios momentum in the air.
