"It's not about winning, it's about getting better." Seriously, I am getting tired of y'all complaining about For Glory and the "noobs" that beat you. Stop getting so frustrated about your win % and focus more on how you can improve. For Glory becomes a muuch more enjoyable experience with that mindset. Go into the next battle wanting to learn and gain experience than to win.

  • But, there's a win percentage. The mode it's for competition, not practice. There should be an unranked mode that uses tournament rules. That's my two cents.

  • @Zircon there are quite a few people who complain because Little Mac "Noobs" or just "Noobs" in general spam and beat them with a single attack. Which drops their win %

  • @Chris For Glory is for practice, all you do is get... well.. GLORY, no actual money, just some weird ladder rank system, you wanna prove your worth? Test your mettle? Participate in actual tournaments, local or far away, heck even online tournaments. But For Glory, the ideal place to practice if you have no one to practice with.

  • @8BitPixie Nope, I go in to every match wanting to learn, FG or not. I will deliberately go against clearly stringer opponents with more knowledge for the sake of learning. If possible I will willibg spend HOURS losing just for the sake of experience.

  • Little mac has gotten easy to deal with now honestly. The only thing is if I lose to anyone for that matter and this might apply to others; I get pretty mad (and of course if people have dealt with this before it does affect your playing ability). Here's my two cents as well; the people who complain on little mac's "spam" is because it just works. Priorities for the win.

  • Stronger* not stringer.

  • Admittedly, I used to get frustrated, but then I realized, "Bruh..." *facepalm* "Why am I getting so angry? It's just a game, competetive or not, if I wanna improve I can't be a rager, stay calm and collected, even in a loss, there is always something I can learn."

  • Mac Attack is a high risk/high reward character. He is also a go ham or lose type guy. Definitely not my style of play (Rosalina main muhself).

  • I personally have trouble with speedy characters with Rosaluma, I was talking to someone and concluded that it is a horrible idea to Luma Shot against fast characters, as they can ko Luma quickly leaving Rosalina half as useful, play safely, punish, protect Luma.

  • I honestlythink you're fulla it. You should let the complainers vomplsin to vent. everyone gets frustrating fights. You're just as bad as they are to me at least. you complain cause they complain. no difference.

  • You're absolutely right, I m complaining about them complaining. The difference is here, 90% of the people venting call their opponents that they loose to noobs, that isn't venting, it's straight-up disrespect. You lost, deal with it, but don't be calling your opponent a noob. Am I as bad as them? I don't recall calling anyone a noob, I am just saying, treat every match with the intention

  • To learn. Like I said, if you go with that mindset, playing becomes sooo muuuch more enjoyable. I had this mindset in pokemon, and I have this mindset in Sm4sh. That isn't gonna change, you can think all you want about me, whether I am full of it or not. It's your decision, I won't get in a tizzy about it.
