Super Smash Bros. for 3DS/Wii U Community

Some Wii U owners say that the 3DS Version sucks and Sakurai shouldn't make the game playable on it. They also said that without the 3DS, we would have the Ice Climbers back. Are these guys seriously ranting about the 3DS being suckish? Not to mention they added that 3DS owners buy the 3DS Version because they couldn't afford a Wii U and it's cheaper. How dare they say things like that?

    Technically, the 3DS version did hold a lot of stuff back, including the fact that Ice Climbers was removed because the 3DS couldn't handle it (Though, that's just development decisions for the sake of roster parity). Processing played a key role in this game and the 3DS couldn't keep up. Transforming characters became separate and Ice Climbers were cut. Does it make it a bad game? No.

    Do I believe Sakurai should've kept identical rosters due to technical limitations? Heck no. If it was up to me (and it's not a profitable choice) I'd scrap the idea of the 3DS version altogether (despite it being the original platform of choice). It held stuff back, and if I wanted a great smash experience, I'd leave it on a solo platform.

    Haters gonna hate. Meanwhile, I'll be playing smash for what it is currently, an insanely fun 3DS game. If you have such distaste for Nintendo regarding recent SSB decisions, don't play it. </thread>

    The reason they say that because they were expecting Snake to be in this game. If they only just read one of the articles on the internet of why there's no Ice climbers in this game, they will zip their mouths shut.

    i find people hate the 3ds because they dont have it and dont know its features. i didnt like the concept of it until my friend let me play his. now im getting one with smash my next pay check.

    i read an interview where sakurai said that he couldve tried to make the ice climbers work but they havent had a game in a while and they were probably never going to get a new one. so they were not wanted by sakurai

    I at first thought the 3DS's Graphics weren't going to be good, but when I got the game, and started to play it actually had really, really awesome graphics!!!!

    the game (for a hand held console) hves good graphics confortable controls and i got so used to it i onky can play brawl whit a gamecube custom set up to match my 2ds controls

    I'm not a 3DS hater especially with Smash Run! Do I think Ice Climbers would be in if their was just a Wii U version? Yes. Do I think Wii U version is better? Yes. But 3DS is still good any way and I think a ton of people enjoy it!
