    I technically had to cheat by playing as 8 people then consolidating them into the youngest daimyo. I then proceeded to ninja attack most of the way to the end.

    It's not as fulfilling as say playing as one nation then conquering all of Japan. I think your ruler would die before that happened.

    That's creative, but you're right. Most daimyo would die first! Took the manual's advice on building an economy, my fief survived for 25 years but couldn't expand.
