In my opinion, shadow the hedgehog has a very similar personallity to mewtwo. both of them were made in a labratory, both of them question the meaning of life, both of them desire not to be controlled by their superiors, both of them had their memories wiped, etc. also, shadow has maria, mewtwo has that clone girl who's name I can't remember. mewtwo's better though.

    You are comparing the agendas of a hedgehog from the Sonic games to the anime version of Mewtwo. If anything, Mewtwo has more in common with Gouki/Akuma from Street Fighter. Both are neither good or evil, both wanting to fight it out.

    @Dustin, A: Have you not seen pokemon the first movie and mewtwo returns? B: Shadow did question the meaning of life: Shadow the hedgehog for gamecube. the game SUX but shadow did alot of life-questioning in that.

    @Chance: mewtwo didn't want to fight it out. like the hulk, he just wanted to be left alone, that's why he found a place where him and all the cloned pokemon could live in peace.

    tristan i have seen those movie over 100 times since i was 5. i know for a fact that the woman with serving mewtwo was a nurse joy that went missing. and the dreams mewtwo had were mew's memories. not his. and i have shadow the hedgehog on the ps2.

    'The woman with serving mewtwo' what? Also I meant to say 'mewtwo origins' in that, after the scientist who was creating mewtwo's daughter died he attempted to clone her, and her and mewtwo somehow gained a telepathic link and became friends. after that cloning attempt failed, mewtwo's memories of her were wiped. this was on the special features of the first movie's DVD.
