Question

Well I brought this amazing game for my console today and I have fun with it, but suddenly... Sometimes, the game just crashes, softlock itself and make Master Hand spasm furiously. Why does that happens? I also mention that the game is on cartridge and I downloaded the update. Hope somebody'll help me!
