How do YOU pronounce Zelda words? It's so weird to me that people pronounce the words differently. Like Deku, I pronounce it DEE-koo. And Kokiri as KOH-ker-REE.

    That'd be DEH-koo and ko-KEE-ree, respectively. Also, GOH-ron, HI-rule, E-po-nah, MOH-blin, ZOH-ra (I knew someone in primary school with a similar name). FYI, I think I'm pretty bad at writing fonetics.

    I understand now that they're pronounced in a japanese way, but when I was younger, I didn't know it came from Japan lol. So Cuckoo was Coo-coo, Epona was ee-POH-na, thing like that. lol

    How I pronounce it: Deku --> Deh-coo Kokiri --> Coke-eerie Fi --> I pronounce it "Fee", but perhaps it should be pronounced "Fi" as in "Fee fi fo fum".

    heres what l've always said deku: deh-koo gerudo: gehroodoh ocarina: ahcareena kokiri: co-key-ree epona: eh-poe-na kinda interesting how not only do we have different favorites, least favorites, etc, we even pronounce the names differently! kinda like pokemon.
