Underrated #11 - THROH ‹Info› This guy is so OP! As the new tier introduced "PU" (yes, thats the actual name lol) which is below NU... This guy has an OP move (Storm Throw) with alot of HP and with decent Sp.Def. It just screams Bulk Up!! It works well on OU, trust me. MOVESET= [Max HP, Max Sp.Def 4 Def. (BulkUp/ StormThrow/ KnockOff {or KnockOff}/ Rest) Guts]
