I can't get over how awful this track's redesign is. The original was WAY better.

  • Yep. I think the original one on the N64 was awesome, but Nintendo dun' goofed on this MK8 version.

  • How can you hate this track? This track has way better music than the N64 one and it is more colourful!

  • @ProRacer The main reason I hate the redesign is because they made it only one lap AND they made the actual track shorter at the same time, which makes no sense to me, (Probably since I like those long European races like Le Mans). Also, in my opinion, the new music is absolutely atrocious. I'm just not a fan of disco music...

  • I can already think of a better remix for this stage. Andrew's right about the music for sure

  • So you want your race to be 6-8 minutes long on N64 Rainbow Road.By the way after the race your hands will be sore and lots of time would have been wasted.

  • Yep, pretty much. But if I wanna do that, I'll just have to wait for Project CARS (which will be better than this game overall) to release on Wii U, where a single lap on a certain track takes 7 minutes.

  • 2 laps is fine. Like Wario Colloseum

  • That is true, but I'm still just gonna wait for Project CARS if I want long races.

  • It's a racing simulator that's coming to Wii U, PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It releases in 2015.

  • I'm so hyped for it! It was gonna release in November 2014, but it got delayed, of course.
