    I don't play MMOs but I would play a Mass Effect MMO. You pick your race and class, customize your character. A much larger more complete Citadel would be the hub world where you can level skills and buy items/gear, as well as meet up with other players wandering around. Then you can team up to go on missions together out in space to explore and collect materials.

    All the politics of the different races would still be present throughout the game effecting what you can and can't do. For story there can be different expansion packs that all have different plot spread over a few missions. The combat would have to be a simplified probably top down version of the current combat

    it would be cool to see the first war between humans and turians or the krogan war with a sympethetic lean towards krogans, or a x-com style game would seem fitting. wii u needs a x-com port that supports touchscreen sorry off topic.

    Yes a one off side game about first contact could be interesting. It was actually a short war so you couldn't get more than a short game out of it. But the krogan as sympathetic would be hard. They invaded other planets, refused all diplomatic discussion, then destroyed entire garden worlds so they'd never support life again

    I think like a cross between infinite space and masseffect so basically you control the fleets or the galaxy play as hacket and fight to survive it would be a game of tactics more than a shooter since brute force is useless against reapers

    Some of my favorite star trek games are RTS games, there could be a ship RTS mass effect, mass effect certainly has some interesting ship designs in its games

    I think the period of Human expansion and conflict with the Batarians might make a good game. Possibly done as a Civ in space or Masters of Orion (if anyone remembers that)

    they would probably have to create some new lore to get sympothy for the krogans other than that would have to be done with well constucted characters . but your right would be difficult.

    An RTS Mass Effect would be cool where you control whole fleets. They have a Mass Effect risk which it basically like that and it's a lot of fun. I think that would be a good fit.

    Conflict with the batarians would work just as well as First Contact. It can culminate with the skillian blitz and Torfon.

    I would do a non-linear visual novel kind of Mass Effect game. Have different points of view of the main plot based on your starting race/gender. It would be very in-keeping with Mass Effect's cinematic push, but it would allow players to enjoy the story and roleplay their characters minus the at times tiresome and excessive combat.

    Well, considering that I don't like the Genesis comics in its current form, I'd probably go for a cinematic cutscene/choose your own adventure type of presentation similar to the older mid-90s CD-ROM adventures, except with BioWare's fairly good cinematography.

    That's exactly what i envisioned, cause what i would do is use the same format of star trek armada series. In it you have races to choose from you build a fleet and fight other race fleets. In Mass Effect you can have the Alliance, Quarians, Geth, Turian, and maybe the reapers too.

    Most visual novels are done in a comic or anime style. It would be hard to imagine what it would be like in a different style

    Just imagine the Genesis comics but instead of comics panel, have ME style cutscenes and then the decision wheel to determine choice. I think it would be awesome!
