Question

I'M IN NEED OF HELP!!! Please answer my plee. I'm in the bottom of the well in master quest and I need to get the lense of truth. I only need the chest in the picture shown (the one in the lower level where there are four Redeads) but I can't make it appear. I'm also missing a key to the room with the two Skullwaltulas, but I can't find that either. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
