    charm tables are pretty much the type and quantity of charms you can get. Tables 1-10, 13, and 14 are good. 11, 12, and 15-17 are bad, known as the cursed tables. If your g rank i wouldn't bother restarting. If you high rank or higher, then ya you probably should. You can manipulate the type of table you can get at the start of a new file, but once you have a table you change change it.
